How the game works

A party that runs itself in 3 rounds

You read a short script. The packets tell everyone what to say. The evidence keeps the night moving.

"The toast was lovely. The eggnog was legendary. Then the host dropped dead."

Round 1
The scene of the crime. The first evidence comes out and everyone starts asking questions.
Round 2
Alibis. Where was everyone between 8:30 and 8:50? Some stories hold. Some crack.
Round 3
Secrets. Everyone's secrets spill, the last clues land, and every guest names a killer.

Then you open the sealed solution and read the reveal aloud.

Christmas parties tend to look the same every year

You want this year's party to be the one people talk about. The usual options all have a catch.

The same games: White elephant again. Trivia again. Half the room is on their phones by 9.
Too much prep: Party games you piece together online can take hours to sort out, print and explain.
The host misses out: When someone has to run the game, it is usually the host, reading rules instead of playing.
The wrong fit: Some mystery kits are built for 20 people and 4 hours. Some are too gory for a family or office party.

Here is the fix: give every guest a role, a secret, and a reason to talk to everyone else in the room.

That is what a murder mystery does. Who Spiked the Eggnog? is built so the night runs on its own: the packets do the explaining, the evidence keeps it moving, and the solution stays sealed until the end.

Who Spiked the Eggnog?

Toy tycoon Nick Frost raises his silver goblet at his snowed-in Christmas gala, promises a shocking announcement at midnight, and collapses. Someone spiked his eggnog. Everyone at your party had a reason.

The host can play

The solution prints on its own pages so you can seal it in an envelope. You get a character just like everyone else.

It is made for in-person parties. A video group can play if everyone has their own packet, but it is best around a real table.
